Browse export directory dialogue wont show pdf´s when exporting to pdf
Summary:
When in Export clicking on Browse export directory preview only shows filetypes png, jpg, tiff and webp. This is happening even though other export filetypes than those are specified (svg or pdf).
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open Export tab (Shift + Ctrl +E)
- Choose Single Image (but it is the same on whichever you choose)
- Choose Portable Document Format (*.pdf) as export format
- Click on the folder icon in the export path
What happened?
The displayed fileextension changes to .pdf in the path and namebar (as expected) but... the dialogue window Select a filename for exporting only has options in the dropdownmenu for filetypes png, jpg, tiff and webp. SVG and PDF are missing. The export still works fine but there is no preview for pdf or svg. This happens in all export preview windows (Single Image AND Batch Export).
What should have happened?
All available filteypes should be available including SVG and PDF.
