Grids are created in a background tab in Document Properties

Steps to reproduce:

Document Properties → Grids → New (grid 1) Document Properties → Grids → New (grid 2)

What happened?

The second grid is created in a background tab within the Grids tab.

What should have happened?

The tab for the new grid should be selected/focused. This is the obvious behaviour, and every time you don’t realise that the tab was not selected, you overwrite all your existing grid settings with the settings for the new grid, which cannot be undone.
