pdf batch export: Path selection window shows wrong file type and starts automatically

Summary:

pdf batch export: Path selection window has two bugs: it shows wrong file type/dialog and starts automatically after press to save.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• got to batch export
• set the format to PDF
• click on the blue folder to choose an path/directory

What happened?

• it opens a dialog "select a filename for exporting" with 4 filetypes : PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF
• After selecting a directory and pressing save, the PDF export dialogue opens directly.

What should have happened?

• it should open a dialog "select a path/directory" without any filetypes
• after pressing "ok", it should set this path as a deliberate export path
• after cklick on "Export", the PDF dialogue should open
