Add cli action to make selected segments curves

Hello, I'd like to request a cli action to convert all nodes selected of a path to curves, there is a button in inkscape UI that already does that, but I need to automate it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
