Feature request: Page tool: allow to select and move multiple pages with Shift + Click

Summary:

When clicking on a page with the page tool, it is selected. Clicking on a page with Shift+Click only selects the freshly clicked page and deselects the old one currently.

It would be nice to be able to move multiple pages around en bloc instead of needing to move each page on its own.

This would also open up options for the Align+Distribute dialog to use with pages.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• switch to page tool
• create 10 pages
• try to select the last 5 pages and move them below the first 5

What happened?

Not possible.

What should have happened?

Shift+click should select multiple pages. Maybe Shift+Drag could also do this, but with a Lasso selection.
