Intuitive way to add bullets(for text) in inkscape

Summary:

I think inkscape should have an intuitive way to add bullets(unordered list) in the text context
I have searched a lot for tutorials and even in the documentation and i didn't find anything related to it
So I'd like to suggest this improvement.
