EPS to SVG conversion is not working

Summary:

I am trying to generate an SVG image from an EPS file but am not able to get it with the 1.2.2 version of Inkscape

Steps to reproduce:

I am running the command on the server where 1.2.2 Inkscape is installed

inkscape --export-filename=abc.svg manager_03_1.eps but receding this error
