Inkscape 1.2.2 crash when opening its own start-welcome-text.svg template from repository

Summary:

While trying to open this file https://gitlab.com/inkscape/vectors/content/-/blob/master/screens/welcome/1.2/start-welcome-text.svg Inkscape 1.2.2 crashes with a fatal error and even crashes completely all the other Inkscape 1.2.2 opened instances (if that happens to be the case).

Note: the same file opens normally and without any issue with Inkscape 1.2.1 on same system.

Steps to reproduce:

Open that file, either by double click on file if .svg is registered as the default file association with Inkscape, or open the file via File > Open... menu, or by clicking on it on the Recent files list in the welcome dialog (if previously 'opened' but just crashed instead).

What happened?

Fatal crash (a Win32-style popup control that tells me "Unspecified fatal error encountered, aborting.")

What should have happened?

Open the file normally & don't crash every other Inkscape instance (if applicable).
