Top right fill and stroke display is undersized and doesn't obey the Font Scale preference

Summary:

I have a high resolution display (4K scaled 150% by Windows) for context. The top right fill and stroke indicator is smaller than any other UI text by a noticeable bit. The numbers are even smaller still. If I try resizing with the Font Scale preference, everything else gets way too big and that indicator doesn't change at all.

What happened?

The top right fill and stroke indicator is a bit too small and cannot be resized.

What should have happened?

It should be the same size as other UI text and obey the Font Scale preference.
