Boolean operations should be available as a toolbar

Summary:

There is no option to insert icons for boolean functions on the GUI. This is a highly used part of vector drawing. This is not a feature request, its a bug report. This is an essential need. All other vector editing programs have this feature. I am happy to pay for this to be implemented on behalf of all the other users who need this. Kind regards Ben
