Crash trying to import a file from OpenClipart
Summary:
Inkscape crashes without a helpful error message when I import https://openclipart.org/download/269577/season_patterns.svg via Clipart Importer (into a specific file of mine (GitLab doesn't appear to want to upload the file, too large). Uploaded file to https://inkscape.org/~Moini/%E2%98%85inkscape-erste-schritte ?) while the Export dialog is open.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape 1.2.1 with the file
- File > Import image from the internet
- OpenClipart, search term 'Moini pattern'
- select the second option (didn't test the first)
What happened?
Inkscape imports it, it's even displayed, but then before returning focus back to the canvas, it crashes. Command line does not yield anything of interest, except for 'Emergency save' information.
