Stroke to Path ignores auto-start-reverse, resulting in starting markers being inverted

Summary:

Stroke to Path does not handle auto-start-reverse correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

Make a path with markers, for example bad_stp_E.svg. Run Stroke to Path on it.

What happened?

The start marker was inverted improperly. It appears to be ignoring the auto-start-reverse set on the orient property of the marker.
