Blend modes missing: Hue, Saturation, Color and Luminosity

Summary:

The last 4 blend modes (Hue, Saturation, Color and Luminosity) are missing. Regression from 1.2.x

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create a rectangle
• open Fill and stroke menu
• change blend mode to Hue

What happened?

No blend mode named 'Hue'

What should have happened?

'Hue' should be available in dropdown menu. Looks like this was introduced in d8351623ba51eb423c69d059b59fb27a98306ee4

    Order is in the size groups according to the types of changes they make to luminosity
