Measure tool reports wrong location for stars and spirals that have been moved

Summary:

If you move a spiral, star or regular polygon, the position that is indicated by the measure tool does not change.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw star
• check position with measure tool
• move star
• check position again

What happened?

The position that is indicated is still the same, even though the star has been moved.

What should have happened?

The position calculation should take the transform into account.
