Path > Stroke to Path crashes inkscape if object has marker and no stroke

Summary:

I'm running Inkscape 1.3-dev (1:1.2.0-alpha1+devel+202210100736+6ae4f08d99) obtained from the unstable inkscape ppa on Ubuntu 22.04. In the attached test file I have converted a star to a marker and then set an object (circle) to have markers. If I remove the stroke and then go Path > Stroke to Path it crashes inkscape. This doesn't happen if the circle has a stroke set.

Steps to reproduce:

open Inkscape
Add or draw an object
Convert the object to a marker (Object > Objects to Marker)
Add or draw another object
Set the stroke to have the newly created marker
Remove/unset the Stroke
Convert the Stroke to a Path (Path > Stroke to Path)

What happened?

Inkscape crashes

What should have happened?

The markers should have been converted to objects
