Initial menu doesn't open anymore after using the exit button

Summary:

The initial menu doesn't open anymore, even if the 'always open' checkbox on, after using the exit button. To open it again, I had to restore the preferences.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape;
• Use the initial menu quit button;

What happened?

The initial menu doesn't open anymore, even if the 'always open' checkbox on.

What should have happened?

As the 'always open' checkbox is checked, the initial menu should open instead a new file.
