Tiling LPE display issue : scroll bars not updating unless a zoom is done

Hi,

Thanks for the the new Tiling Live path effect

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a big object in the page
• Tiling LPE : add rows/columns so that the resulting object will obviously be bigger than the view window

What happened?

Scroll bars don't update

What should have happened?

After applying Tiling LPE, scroll bar should allow to access the whole document, without having to zoom first.

Inkscape 1.3-dev (412d5413, 2022-08-18) on win 11
