1.2 export selection ads hastag and underscore

Summary

When batch-exporting a selection a hastag is added before every selected object. When the path is left empty the export tool places the underscore and hastag before each file. There is no option to overwrite previous exports...

Steps to reproduce:

open Inkscape
select a few objects
open Batch Export tool
choose selection
leave the file name empty
export
check resulting file name's

repeat export

What happened?

If file name was left empty in the path, there has to be no underscore nor hastag symbol at the beginning of the resulting file name. There is no option to overwrite previous versions... This is different with previous versions of inkscape, where no extra symbols were added, and previous versions of the export would be overwritten after confirming...
