No scaling with --export-pdf

Summary:

Trying to use Inkscape as an SVG-to-PDF converter, the output is not scaled/correcte/updated - as it would if the file would be opened in Inkscape. Using "open" in Inkscape the file gives an "96dpi vs 90dpi scaling dialog" (see http://test.szaktilla.de/shot.png) Just on the command line (inkscape --convert-dpi-method=scale-viewbox --export-pdf=2022_08-test.pdf 2022_08.svg) the result isn't scaled

Steps to reproduce: Background:

I use a program to combine a number of SVG snippets to produce a sheet for my calendar. Then I use Inkscape to convert the result (example file: http://test.szaktilla.de/2022_08.svg) Since the 90/96dpi change in Inkscape (0.92 I guess) the sheets are wrong in size.
