Import web images allows NSFW search - disable or "safe search" options needed (feature request)

Steps to reproduce:

Forum user reported kids in classroom hit NSFW images using Inkscape's Import Web Images.

I can't replicate in Mint or Win, Import Web Image fails to load due to bug #3674, #3695.
