Clone Original LPE doesn't work when grouped

Summary:

When an object with the Clone Original LPE is grouped, the LPE stops working.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a path
• draw a second path
• copy the first path to the clipboard
• apply Clone Original to the second path and link to the clipboard
• draw a third path (maybe not required)
• group all three paths

What happened?

The second path reverts to its original shape and is no longer affected by the LPE.

What should have happened?

The LPE should continue to work.
