Circle fill stroke interaction drawn incorrectly V1.2

Summary:

When the stroke size is set greater than the circle original size the fill of the stroke displays incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a 20mm dia circle
• fill the circle with a colour
• Set the stroke to 100mm

What happened?

The stroke line is not displayed correctly in Inkscape, but is ok in a web browser.

What should have happened?

The stroke line should leave no gaps
