Inkscape fails to reopen file after save

Summary:
... (write here)I am new to Inkscape and just started using it yesterday. I was making several documents that were similar so after I saved a finished one, I'd make changes and then save it under a new name. I was also saving it as a PDF. Sometimes I would reopen the saved svg file. Then after doing this several times, it started showing this error: Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now. The weird thing is, it will open other svg files I made on a different program (Seamly2D) but not the ones made on Inkscape. I've attached screenshots of the errors I received and document information on one file. I am also attaching the 3 files I had made. Note: I posted this problem in the forum and I was asked to file a bug report. You can view my original post here: https://inkscape.org/forums/questions/inkscape-encountered-internal-error-wont-open-saved-work/
Steps to reproduce:
