Emf is displaced off-canvas

Summary:

we convert the picture from EMF to PNG, and as a result, we have a cropped image, and part of the information disappears

Steps to reproduce:

inkscape image1.emf --export-filename=image1.png

What happened?

... image converted, but cropped

What should have happened?

... image converted, not cropped
