Filters ugly (blurred and pixelated) in Visible Hairlines mode.

Summary:

Every filter I tested creates a very ugly blur and pixelized effect to every shape, path object and text I applied it to.I used the filters very often in the past, and they worked pretty well. Now they are completely useless

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• ...create a shape, path object or text
• apply a filter to it.

What happened?

...the shape/path object/text appeared ugly blurred. None of the filters produced a result as I'm used to. This happens every time. I also made a fresh start of the app, but it happened again, with every filter I tried.

What should have happened?

...The filters should create the well known effects.
