Check Spelling dialogue doesn't appear at all in Inkscape stable ppa.

Summary:

Text > Check spelling... does not call up the dialogue in the ppa

In terminal, Inkscape says "dialog_open: invalid dialog name: Spellcheck" in the ppa for Ubuntu 22.04, and the dialogue never appears

Steps to reproduce:

• run Inkscape through terminal (stable ppa version)
• Text > Check spelling...

What happened?

Dialogue does not appear, and terminal gives error: "dialog_open: invalid dialog name: Spellcheck"

What should have happened?

Inkscape should call up a spellcheck dialogue that works.
