wrong size for objects (rectangles, ellipse) in dxf export

Summary:

When I choose to save as DXF R14, the size (and position) of objects is wrong (too large).

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Draw a circle
• Duplicate this circle
• Transform circle to path
• save as DXF

What happened?

When I open the saved file (DXF), the 2 circles are not identical, the first one is much larger and not in the default page

What should have happened?

I should have 2 identical circles
