[Inkscape 1.2] [Windows 10 21H2] The Shortcut for Converting Strokes to Paths (Ctrl + Alt + C) Doesn't Work

Summary:

It's impossible to convert a stroke to a path using the usual shortcut.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a path with a stroke and press Ctrl + Alt + C

What happened?

Nothing.

What should have happened?

A stroke should be turned into a path.
