Toolbox: no way to know when tools are not displayed because window is not high enough
Summary:
I just got an email by a user who was desperately looking for the new Page tool, and could not find it.
This is because there is no indication on the toolbox that there is more content farther down / or how to get to it.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape 1.2
- adjust the window height so that some of the tool icons become invisible
What happened?
- user does not know how to find missing tools
What should have happened?
Some options:
- show a small arrow like before at the bottom
- show an info text on hover that explains that one can scroll, make icons smaller, make window higher, make toolbox wider to fix this
- show a scrollbar...
- move automatically when user cursor goes below the last tool
- display some other kind of 'scrolling goes on here' indicator at the bottom / top
Version info
Inkscape 1.2 (release, any platform)
