Support older SVGs with bitmaps defining EXIF orientation (images are rotated and squished in 1.2)

Steps to reproduce:

• open SVG that created in older version of Inkscape (in this case i created in 1.1) in latest version of Inkscape
• The svg should contain linked bitmap

What happened?

Bitmap orientation is changed, so it break the design.

I try to open same svg side by side in older inkscape, it opened correctly (the left one), but getting wrong in 1.2 (right one)

What should have happened?

Linked bitmap should appear as it should, like in older version. ...
