Make it possible to auto align/constrain an object relative to another

Sorry if this isn't the right place or format to submit a feature request, this is my first post here and I'm not familiar with gitlab and development platforms at all.

Currently, it's not generally possible to constrain or auto-align an object relative to another or to a page. It's only somewhat possible with text and some path effects.

I've noticed this functionality was mentioned in a much more complex request here But I think it's the case to give it a more specific attention, since it's not only necessarily related to the CAD workspace.

The functionality would work as or be integrated to the current alignment tool(align & distribute panel), maybe being activated through a check box "Constrain". Another important UX feature could be to highlight the anchor object and being able to break the alignment/constrain by an option on the right-click menu or by displaying an lock icon that could be clicked upon to release the link.

I believe initially would be simpler to limit this feature to only 2 objects (or an object and a group), but futher this could be extended to more complex things like being able to always align relative to multiple objects or auto-redistribute.
