Interpolate Dialog Covers whole screen

Summary:

When the enhancement -> generate from path -> interpolate dialog displays it becomes a full screen dialog hiding the workspace.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Selected two objects
• Object to Path
• Enhancements -> Generate From Path ->

What happened?

The dialog box displays for a moment at it's normal size in the upper left corner then expands to the full size of the Inkscape workspace including menus. You can not resize as the resize arrows resize the whole workspace. I also noticed that the motion extension does the same thing.

What should have happened?
