Objects dialog not updated when ID changed in Object Properties dialog

Summary:

The object tree in the Objects dialog does not update when a change is made in the Object Properties dialog.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open the Objects and Object Properties dialogs
• add an object, e.g. a rectangle
• change the ID of the object in the Object Properties dialog to myRectangle
• click Set

What happened?

Object ID is changed to myRectangle, Label in Object Properties dialog shows #myRectangle, object in Objects dialog still shows the original, auto-generated ID as Label

What should have happened?

Label displayed in Objects dialog should have updated to reflect changed value of ID.
