No printers showing via File > Print

Summary:

When trying to print via the Inkscape 1.2-beta AppImage available on Inkcape.og, no printers are showing up in the File > Print dialog. For that reason, the "Print" buttton is greyed out. I can however use the "Preview" button to print.

On this same Ubuntu Fossa based system, I have Inkscape 1.1 already installed. File > Print does show printers and the "Print" button is not greyed out with 1.1. I will build Inkscape 1.2-beta from source and see if I can reproduce without an AppImage.

Steps to reproduce:

Download latest Inkscape 1.2-beta
Go to File > Print

What happened?

No printers in printer list

What should have happened?

Printers should be listed. Even virtual printers such as "Print to PDF"
