Printing a multi-page document only prints the first page

Summary:

Printing a multi-page document only sends the first page to the printer, even when "Print all pages" is selected.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Create a second page using the Page tool
• (optional) Put something on each page
• Go to File > Print, or ^P
• Ensure that "Range:" is set to "All pages"
• Print the document

What happened?

All pages of the document should have been printed.

What should have happened?

Only the first page was printed.
