Inkscape 1.2-alpha1 (dev builds) guidelines auto switching

In Inkscape 1.2-alpha1 (inkscape@e5315506, 2022-03-15) When you pull a vertical guideline from the ruler’s section of Inkscape it sometimes changes to a horizontal guide & vise vasa when trying to snap it to an object.
