Clone tiler dialog: number of rows is "cropped" too quickly with small exponent and cumulate

Summary:

The max amount of rows for tiled clones seems to be calculated before the exponent transformation is done, which means less rows than possible are displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • create a form
  • create tiled clones with a -1% scale and "Cumulate" selected
  • note the max number of rows displayed
  • now change the exponent to something very low (0.1, for instance) and reclick Create

What happened and what should have happened?

You'll see Inkscape doesn't display more rows, even though it could (i.e. the size of the shape still allows it to be scaled down)
