crashes when exporting pnd/jpg

Summary:

Crash whenever export files (png, jpg, etc). The problem only happens when I use my profile path on Windows ( C:\Users\Márcio\ ). When I use ( C:\Users\TEMP\ ) it is ok, no crash.

maybe the problem is in the "á".

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• export png
• select directory "C:\Users\Márcio\test.png"
• export
• crash
