Dockable dialogue icons do not scale with Tool bar and Control Bar icon sizes

Summary:

I LOVE the new toolbar and control bar icon sliders, and also the fact they update in real time as you slide them. There is a bug however: The dockable dialogue icons do not resize with either of these sliders.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Inkscape 1.2a
2. Edit > Preferences > Interface > Toolbars
3. Open align and distribute dialogue.
4. Slide icon size bars in Toolbars dialogue

What happened?

Tool and control bar icons resize as expected, but the Align and distribute icons stay the same.

What should have happened?

Really, all icons should be the same size. I can see no reason for differently sized icons in Inkscape, but to fix this issue, I'd be satisfied with either one more bar to control the rest of the icons, or to have it tied to the Control Bar icons. Whichever makes more sense.
