[1.2-alpha] [regression] NumPad-4 doesn't "zoom all objects" but keyboard-4 does.

Summary:

NumPad-4 no longer zooms.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Zoom in.
• Press NumPad-4.

What happened?

Nothing.

What should have happened?

It should have zoom out to show all elements in the documents.

If you press keyboard "4", it does work as expected.
