Objects dialog doesn't remember first/last selected (used in Align and Distribute)

Steps to reproduce:

• open the attachment file with Inkscape
• select textLipsum, then textBase via the Objects dialog. Note that textBase is z-order above textLipsum.
• click "Object -> Align and Distribute" and specify "Last selected" on "Relative to:" in Align and Distribute dialog.
• to center textLipsum to textBase, click "Center on Vertical Axis" and "Center on Horizontal Axis" in Align and Distribute dialog.

What happened?

textBase is aligned relative to textLipsum

What should have happened?

textLipsum is aligned to textBase, regardless of their z-order on a layer

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 0.92.3 (installed from Ubuntu stock repository)
• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Operating System version: 18.04.2 LTS
