Copy paste incorrect coming from file with even-odd fill rule defined in <svg>

Summary:

The even-odd fill rule in a source file is lost on paste, causing objects to be filled in.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open the attachment
  • Copy the ring
  • Create a new document
  • Paste the ring

What happened?

A Filled circle is pasted

What should have happened?

A ring should be pasted.
