Copying item in group with LPE preserves original-d (buggy when LPEs or editing the copy with node tool)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create 2 paths, group them
• Add mirror LPE
• Enter the group and draw a new path
• Copy the new path (or another path)
• Exit the group and paste

What happened?

• switching to the node tool, the nodes handles are in the wrong place (likely matching the original-d which is incorrectly kept)
• adding a mirror LPE will also treat the object as if it had the original-d value
• if the other paths were copied, the mirror was kept

What should have happened?

• original-d not copied over.
