Arc problems during group transform and emf, png export

Summary:

I registered invalid emf exports from svg concerning arcs. I tested it and I found problem with arc, when it is part of group which is transformed. Arc in emf export is invalid. I registered visual issue too.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • open origin file origin_object.svg
  • select a group and flip it horizontally
  • save a copy to emf (export to emf)

What happened?

Part of arc was hidden on screen. Arc was drawn on bad side (apex up) in emf. Probably different clockwise.

What should have happened?

Arc should be visible correctly and situated the same way in emf file (apex down).

I moved to version 0.92, where it is ok.
