Cannot import a PDF document as muliple pages

Summary:

Importing a multi-pages PDF documents is opened as a single group.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• File > Import the attached PDF

What happened?

Inkscape imports it as a single group

What should have happened?

each PDF page should be imported to its own page.
