Raster extensions should have error message if no raster images selected

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Toolbar -> Extensions -> Raster -> Edge(For example)

What happened?

After click the apply button, the window just flash and show nothing.

What should have happened?

Show the error code? Or just make the function work?

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.2-dev (inkscape@14220808, 2021-12-30)
• Operating System: Windows 10, 64bits
• Operating System version: 21H1
