Transform dialog units initially px if open on startup (1.1.x)

I work predominantly with mm units, but every time I open a new Inkscape document and a Transform dialog box, the units appear in pixels. I am unable to change the default units in the transform dialog to mm. ... (write here)

The units of transfrom appear always as px. ...

What should have happened?

I wish to have the option to set default units for all new documents transforms to mm. I cannot find a way to do this without having to change the units every time manually. ...
