Inkscape crashes when typing text

Summary:

Inkscape crashes when typing text

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Select size (I used Desktop 1080p)
• Press t (for a text field)
• click somewhere on the canvas and start typing randomly
• Crash (~100 characters needed)

What happened?

• Inkscape freezes

Log:

Emergency save activated!
[....]
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

...

What should have happened?

Not crashing :)
