Feature: Select by XPath

Summary:

Feature request: a prompt in which I can type an XPath expression and select all matching objects.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create some objects with varying styles and CSS classes
• attempt to select all objects having a certain class and a certain filter

What happened?

I have to manually find and select each applicable object

What should have happened?

I open the Select by XPath dialog, enter a query, and let the computer do the computing for me
