Copy-paste of clone breaks transform if linked item has a different transform

Summary:

While copying a clone from a source document to the target, the clone is displaced if the target has the linked item with a different transform.

Steps to reproduce:

• open lose-rotate.svg
• copy the image clone and the gradient (both objects in Layer 1)
• open sample-to.svg
• Paste

What happened?

The rotation of the image has changed from the source.

Source: Destination:

What should have happened?

The rotation should have remained the same.
